It is that time of year, at the end of January, when we have been told that the new year means new goals, new targets, time to do new things… but I ask you is it? Do we need to have new year to do that or can we simply make a choice do that that whenever we wish to?
It’s estimated that the average adult makes about 35,000 remotely conscious decisions each day. Each decision, of course, carries certain consequences with it that are both good and bad.
When do you make changes? When do make choices? Do you wait for a significant time? Or, do you simply make that change when you need to?
I ask you this, as, for many change as a result of a choice they make can be discombobulating, or others it can be refreshing. For many it can be scary, or others’ it is simple… How we frame the choice or choices we make is what is important and can impact us.
What do I mean by that … I mean the frame, or context, in which we view something affects the way we see it and the meaning it has for us.
Let’s get curious together….
